The Appellate Court explained that the complaint contained broad, conclusory allegations, which failed to identify any customers or describe with any specificity confidential information used or disclosed. Further, the Bank failed to provide evidence that a threat of use or disclosure of confidential information was ongoing. Finally, the Bank's delay in seeking a TRO is a relevant in determining whether a TRO should be issued. Thus, the Circuit Court properly denied the motion for a TRO.
