The Appellate Court affirmed, holding that repeated sexual advances sufficiently constitutes sexual misconduct, thus creating a hostile and abusive work environment. Finally, the Commission properly exercised its discretion in awarding prospective injunctive relief, as the Department of Corrections appeared to lack adequate understanding of anti-discrimination law or mechanisms for its enforcement.
